Our Story
From one question to a growing movement.
In 2019, while travelling through Uganda, one simple question stayed with our founder:
How do young women manage their periods when they have no access to menstrual products?
That question became a promise.
A promise to help remove one barrier that prevents young women from pursuing their education, their work and their ambitions.
One year later, that promise became Cup&Go!'s first pilot programme on the Island of Mozambique.
Today, thanks to a growing community of partners, volunteers and donors, Cup&Go! has empowered more than 3,500 young women across Mozambique and Madagascar.
And our story is only just beginning.

Why It Matters?
Our experience has shown that when young women can manage their periods with confidence, they are better able to continue their education, succeed at work and build the future they choose.

An amazing transition through the adoption of the menstrual cup.
I really appreciate receiving a menstrual cup. I used to spend a lot of money buying pads or using pieces of cloth. Now I can exercise, go to the beach, swim and be free.

Your generosity is much more than a donation. It is hope. It is dignity. It gives so many girls and women the opportunity to feel confident, safe and supported. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Walking the journey together.
Cup&Go! has grown thanks to people and organisations who believed in the vision from the very beginning.
Every partnership has helped create opportunities for young women and strengthen local communities.
Cup&Go! exists because of the generosity of many people.
From family and friends who believed in the idea from the beginning, to colleagues, volunteers, donors and partners who have contributed their time, expertise and encouragement—every programme has been made possible through a community of people who chose to care.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who continues to walk this journey with us.
